Ray Tracer Update: Refraction and Bugs

Quick note to say that I have picked up my ray tracer after a few months of inactivity. I got refraction to work, but a well known ray tracing bug, known as "Ray Tracer Acne", popped up again. I'd fix it tonight, but its too late, so I added a fudge factor to my intersection routine to account for most of the acne. The whole acne thing is caused by floating point imprecision, your typical round off error. My quick work around isn't a complete fix as you can see in the images, but the refraction thing is cool. I especially like the soft shadows from the red sphere on the top right quadrant in the images. Enjoy.
